Mark Harmon deserves a lot of credit but the show is the whole team and their quirky interactions.

    While Mark is the definite 'Zing", all of the cast is great. The humor is spot on, and they work seamlessly as a team. My #1 show to watch.

    Mark Harmon has been great on every TV series he has been on - his intensity makes him worth watching - but "the writing" is the answer.

    Mark Harmon is the glue for the cast. The way they click is perfect. But it only works with the great writing.

    All of them. Great stories, the way the actors relate to each other. Mark H is amazing, but it is the whole package that keeps me watching

    The ensemble cast is what makes this show work. Each character enhances the other.

            NCIS would not work nearly so well without all the characters. Even the secondary characters are well played. It's just a great show.
